Refund Policy

Handcrafted Quality Guarantee

Each of our products is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized products (such as engraved or made-to-order items)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

To initiate a return, please contact us at: sales@cmcraftdesign.net with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at: sales@cmcraftdesign.net within 7 days of receiving it.

Custom Orders

Custom and engraved products are made to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned or refunded once work has begun. However, we will always strive to ensure you are completely satisfied — please contact us with any issues so we can find a solution.
