Custom, engraved, or personalized orders are created based on customer-provided designs, text, or artwork.
Before production begins, we confirm all details with the customer. Once confirmed, custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged in shipping or production error occurs.

You are responsible for ensuring all spelling, artwork, and design details are correct prior to approval.
