Order Processing
All orders are handmade and processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or engraved orders may require additional time depending on complexity. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other unforeseen issues.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on item size and destination. Large or heavy items (like end grain cutting boards) may ship via UPS Ground for safety and cost efficiency.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by appointment. If you’re near our workshop, select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup time.
Packaging
Each product is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Larger wooden products may be double-boxed or reinforced to prevent damage. All packaging materials are recyclable or reusable whenever possible.
Damages or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Sales@cmcraftdesign.net with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or replace your order.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs.
